Ordering & Payment
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays in India) after payment confirmation. Orders placed later in the day may ship the following business day. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend will typically ship on the subsequent Monday. For custom items or during busy periods, processing may take slightly longer as noted in our Shipping Policy.
Yes, you can request a change to the shipping address as long as your order has not yet been processed for shipment. Please email us immediately at contact@craple.com with your order number and the correct, complete shipping address. Once an order is packed or shipped, we cannot change the address.
- Standard Products: You can request to cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us immediately at contact@craple.com with your order number. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled as a return according to our Return & Refund Policy.
- Custom/Personalized Products: These orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation is not possible.
- Changes: If you need to change details (like an item or quantity) after ordering, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order enters processing, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Occasionally, an order might be automatically flagged and canceled by our system due to suspected fraud or inconsistencies in payment or shipping information. If you believe your order was canceled in error, please try placing the order again using a different payment method, ensure all details are correct, or contact us at contact@craple.com for assistance.
We accept payments via major credit/debit cards (processed securely through providers like Stripe or Razorpay etc.) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways. Craple does not store your full credit card details.
Yes. We use reputable, secure third-party payment gateways (like Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay etc.) that employ industry-standard encryption and security protocols. Your sensitive payment details are handled directly by these providers, not stored by Craple.
No, Craple does not add hidden charges. The total cost you see at checkout includes the price of the Product(s) and the calculated shipping cost. However, please be aware of potential import duties and taxes levied by your country upon arrival – these are not collected by Craple and are the customer's responsibility (see next question).
Shipping & Delivery
Yes, most likely. When ordering from Craple for delivery outside India, you (the customer) are solely responsible for paying any import duties, taxes (like VAT or GST), customs fees, or brokerage charges levied by your country's authorities. These charges are NOT included in our product prices or shipping costs and are not collected by Craple. Please consult our Customs & Import Duty Information Page for more details and contact your local customs office before ordering to understand potential costs.
Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email containing tracking information provided by the shipping carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx). You can use this information to monitor your package's journey online
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, package weight, and dimensions. We offer free standard shipping to select countries as detailed in our Shipping Policy. Any applicable charges for your order will be displayed clearly during the checkout process before you confirm payment.
Delivery times are estimates and vary by destination. Once shipped, typical estimates are:
USA / UK / Western Europe: Approx. 7-10 business days
Canada / Australia: Approx. 8-12 business days

Products & Quality
Our primary products are handcrafted from high-quality brass. Many items feature an antique-style finish, which is intentional. Please note that as items are handmade, slight variations in finish, color, or minor imperfections are natural and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If a product arrives with a significant manufacturing defect (beyond normal handmade variations) or fails due to such a defect under normal use shortly after purchase, please contact us immediately with photos/details. We will assess the issue according to our Return & Refund Policy and may offer a replacement or refund if a manufacturing fault is confirmed.
This does not cover damage from misuse, accidents (drops, scratches, water exposure), improper care, or normal wear and tear.
Returns & Refunds
Our policy allows returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Return shipping costs vary: we cover costs for returns due to our error (damaged/defective/incorrect items reported promptly), while customers cover costs for reasons like change of mind.
